This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceLab ("VoiceLab", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit voicelab.uz, create an account, use VoiceLab Studio, call our APIs, or otherwise interact with our voice AI products (together, the "Services").

1. Data controller and contact
VoiceLab is the controller for personal data connected with customer accounts, website analytics we control, billing, and support. For enterprise customers, a data processing agreement may set out different roles for customer content.

2. Scope of this Policy
This Policy covers our marketing site, account authentication, VoiceLab Studio, APIs, trials, billing, usage, and support.
- Audio, text, transcripts, voice profiles, and related artifacts processed through text-to-speech, speech-to-text, captions, dubbing, meetings, and agent features.
- Personal data we receive when you contact us or use integrations.
- It does not cover independent third-party websites, products, or services governed by their own policies.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, organisation, and account preferences.
- Authentication and security information, including sign-in events, IP address, device or browser information, and API key activity.
- Billing and commercial information, such as subscription, invoices, payment status, and transaction records. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers.
- Product content and usage information, including prompts, audio, transcripts, voice settings, generated outputs, feature usage, and diagnostics.

Retention for product content depends on the applicable product settings and service configuration. You may request deletion of eligible content and account data by contacting us.
VoiceLab may use de-identified or aggregated information to improve reliability and safety. We do not use your private content to train public foundation models or third-party models without disclosure or appropriate consent.
8. How we share personal data
We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, email, authentication, payment, error-monitoring, and model-inference providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
9. International transfers and storage
VoiceLab is based in Uzbekistan. Our service providers may process data in other regions. Enterprise customers may contact us to discuss data residency, processor information, or on-premise arrangements where available.

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, and product configuration.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and API keys.
