Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VoiceLab's website, Studio workspace, APIs, and voice AI products (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, using the Services, or accessing our APIs, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable law. Keep your account credentials, API keys, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us at info@voicelab.uz of suspected unauthorised access.
2. Your content, permissions, and responsibility
You are responsible for content you submit to or generate through the Services. You must have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal bases needed to use audio, voices, likenesses, data, and copyrighted materials. You remain responsible for reviewing generated output and using it lawfully.
3. Voice cloning and identity safety
Do not clone, imitate, synthesise, or represent another person's voice without their explicit authorisation and a valid legal basis. Do not falsely imply that an individual endorses, created, or participated in content. We may request confirmation, documentation, or proof of authorisation before enabling or continuing voice-related features.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to:
- Commit fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, financial deception, blackmail, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, or other illegal or harmful conduct.
- Create or distribute deceptive media that could materially mislead people about a real person, event, or institution.
- Violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights of others.
- Introduce malware, evade security controls, scrape or interfere with the Services, or otherwise damage or disrupt our systems.
5. Lawful and transparent use
You are responsible for complying with laws, rules, disclosures, and policies applicable to your use, including in marketing, political, employment, education, healthcare, financial, and customer-support contexts. Clearly disclose AI-generated or altered content where its nature could mislead people. The Services do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice.
6. Service availability and output
The Services and generated outputs may be unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review output before relying on it. We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Credits, payments, and usage
Paid features may require credits, a subscription, or other payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay applicable fees and taxes. Usage limits, credits, and pricing may be described in the applicable order, plan, or product page.
8. Enforcement and suspension
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel API access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. We may preserve or disclose information where required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.
9. VoiceLab intellectual property
VoiceLab and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, models, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law permits.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. VoiceLab does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that the Services will meet every requirement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For questions or abuse reports, email info@voicelab.uz and use "Abuse report" as the subject for suspected fraud, impersonation, or misuse.
